Wedknott.com (the “Site”) and its licensed mobile application (the “Application”), together referred to as the “Platform”, are owned and operated by Wedknott (“Company”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, do not use the Platform.

1. Ownership

The Platform is owned and operated by Wedknott, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, directors, officers, employees, and agents. Registered office: C-105, Ithum Tower, Sector 62, Noida-201301, Uttar Pradesh, India.

2. Purpose

The Platform serves as a medium for Users with a bona fide intention to enter into a matrimonial alliance. It is not a dating site or a marriage/business bureau.

3. User Eligibility

Use of the Platform is restricted to adults above the legal age for marriage in India:

  • Men: 21 years or older
  • Women: 18 years or older

If under 18, you may not use or access the Platform.

4. User Registration and Data

Users must register with a valid mobile number and email. Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Maintain account confidentiality. The Company collects personal data to create and display matrimonial profiles, processed securely per our Privacy Policy. No financial information is stored.

5. Content Usage

Users may not duplicate, copy, distribute, publish, or modify Platform content without authorization. The Platform is for personal, non-commercial use. Automated data extraction is prohibited.

6. User Conduct

Users must not upload or share content that:

  • Belongs to another person without authorization
  • Is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or unlawful
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Misleads, impersonates, or threatens others
  • Contains malware or disrupts the Platform
  • Violates applicable laws or promotes illegal activity

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as-is” and “as-available”. The Company makes no warranties regarding accuracy or completeness. Users must perform their own due diligence.

  • Not responsible for any loss or damage from Platform use
  • Not responsible for false information posted by Users
  • Not responsible for disputes between Users
  • Not responsible for downtime, errors, or service interruptions

8. Payments and Refunds

Payments for services are 100% advance and non-refundable. Refunds, if any, are at Company discretion. Transactions are processed securely; Company does not store financial information.

9. Account Security

Users are responsible for their login credentials. The Company is not liable for unauthorized access or disclosure.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Monitoring and Enforcement

The Company may monitor, edit, or remove User content to comply with laws or safeguard Platform integrity. User access may be terminated for violations.

12. Third-Party Links

The Platform may link to third-party sites. The Company is not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices.

13. Communication & Notifications

By registering, Users consent to receive communications including:

  • Membership emails and promotional offers
  • Service notifications via email, SMS, or calls
  • Marketing or transactional messages

Users can manage preferences through account settings.

14. Modifications

The Company may modify these Terms anytime. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction lies exclusively with the courts of New Delhi, India.
